[OSGeo-Discuss] vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org broken?

Thanks for your quick response. From firebug I captured the request that
is being made. Here is an example:

http://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/wms/vmap0?LAYERS=basic&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&FORMAT=image%2Fjpeg&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-45,-45,0,0&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256

I would like to note, that this seems to be effecting the WMS examples
on the openlayers.org website as well.
