[OSGeo-Discuss] vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org broken?

OK, interestingly that url works fine for me! But if I SHIFT-refresh a 
bunch of times I can get that error. So it seems that the load balancer 
is hitting one/some? server that is miss configured.
