[OSGeo-Discuss] [Board] Nomination for new Charter Members has ended

FWIW, I support Arnulf's proposal to accept all the 37 nominees as charter
members. I don't see the need to disappoint 7 willing valid people who have
received a nomination and support from the community.
Thanks Arnulf for the hard work
