[OSGeo-Discuss] Picking a name for "OSGeo Research and Education Labs Network"

I agree that we need to avoid confusion between the incubator and the
research and education initiative. If folks are used to "OSGEO labs" being
associated with incubation, I would say keep it that way. I like both EDU
and REL, but I think the REL label for Research and Education weould be
more accurate. Would training be a separate subject?
