Wonderful news, thanks Jorge!  Amazing, 245 community leaders, managing 
the direction of OSGeo.  What a community we have!

(actually I think it is 244 active Charter Members, with Lorenzo retiring)

Jorge, how many Charter Members did not place any votes?
