[OSGeo-Discuss] REMINDER: Annual General Meeting in Portland

In addition to the expected order of business (which went quick!) last year
offered a range of experiences from groups successfully promoting open
source in their region; to others wondering where to start.

It is worth attending to hear what is going on - there is a lot that does
not make it onto discuss at osgeo.org :)
