Jachym,

I have added pgRouting to the projects list. I am the Chair but the PSC 
is somewhat broken because I'm the last standing PSC member that is 
still active on the list. Daniel Kastl and I pretty much are the defacto 
PSC at the moment. We have a few other contributors and work with them 
as needed and we are always open to input from our community.
