It is my pleasure to nominate Peter Mooney
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/User:Pmooney), from Ireland, as an OSGeo
Charter Member.  Peter is extremely active in OSGeo, and in fact was the
chair of the 2016 FOSS4G bid for Dublin, Ireland.

Peter is also very active in the Geo For All initiative, as one of the
chairs for the Europe Region, constantly assisting educators and students.

Peter's knowledge of FOSS4G covers a wide spectrum from Open software to
Open Data, and he is constantly teaching, and helping students and
community members.  Peter's passion is really second to none.

Please welcome Peter as a Charter Member.
