I fully support nomination of Kari. It's true that we formalized the 
Finland Chapter a few days ago as a legal entity in Finland (application 
pending). Kari was selected as the chair, Pekka Sarkola as the vice 
chair and myself as the secretary. This step forward is thanks to Kari.
