Colleagues,
It will be great if anyone can setup a simple webpage with all logos we have for doing a poll survey. The advantage is then we can send the survey link to the wider community and find the popular one easily.
Irrespective of whichever logo is chosen, we will link this also to the main website so that all logos created are kept for the future. This logo design is itself great example of all the six principles we stand for (Openness, Global, Community driven, Non profit, Education, Opportunities for all... ). It is great example of the power, dedication and passion of community for the cause.
Best wishes,
Suchith

Hi All,
from the previous set I like 3.
Nicolas, what about adding colours to your logos?
I like the first from your logos.

Many thanks Nicolas. I am forwarding these excellent logos to our colleagues for feedbacks/inputs. I liked the idea these are in SVG so it can be scaled/edited easily as needed as it is helpful for different devices (mobile etc).
Thanks again for your efforts.
Best wishes,
Suchith

Dear Suchith,
I followed the recent discussion about the need of a logo for GeoForAll.
I love logos and i support the GeoForAll initiative, so i gave it try this morning.
Please find three logo ideas based on the initial spirit of the globe with children. These draft logos are SVG, so we can edit shapes and colors easily, and they will scale to any size, resolution, usage.
I would be happy to get your feedbacks on them and then make enhancements and corrections accordingly. These files are not licensed yet, just out of my Inkscape in fact. If you and Geo4all advisory board like them and we go further, i would likely release them under an appropriate Creative Commons license, so we can use it freely. What do you think ?
I would also be glad to contribute more work in future around the new logo, but also branding and webdesign if needed.
I hope it helps and that we can create a new logo for GeoForAll soon.
Have a good sunday, and see you most probably in Como !
Best regards,
Nicolas BOZON
