[OSGeo-Discuss] New Semantic Mediawiki based OSGeo Member Map for the OSGeo Wiki

Looking at the info I entered back when I did my advocate page I'd add:

- free text field for Instant Messaging: irc, skype
- another for social networks (linkedin, twitter, facebook).
- timezone (maybe this can be obtained automatically from coordinates)

And I guess the last update info can be retrieved directly from the
history of the page if needed.
