[OSGeo-Discuss] [Board] Discussion for Motion: Committee bi-monthly reports

Regardless how often the committees have to report (twice a year, once
a month?): most important to me seems to get clear whether a committee
is still in charge. For instance, the website committee seems to be in
a suspended state (that's why Jeff is our osgeo-webmaster), and also
the marketing committee has a sabbatical year.
Which is not a bad thing, as long as it is clear to board, LOCs, local
chapters etc.

And perhaps some committee have become obsolete. That's just what
happens in evolving organisations like ours!

Regards,

Gert-Jan
