[OSGeo-Discuss] selection of points between lines

Hi all
         I have Line plan for a RIVER and i have some point data between
lines.
My goal is to select the point data between lines as txt file.

The output should be like this

S.NO  Line No  Point data ID
1         1-2        x,x,x,x,x,e,t.c
