As you may know, FOSS4G North America 2016 runs May 2-5 in Raleigh, 
North Carolina.

FYI, regarding our response to the North Carolina General Assembly

If you are willing, we'd be grateful for your support on this. Please 
help us encourage people to come to this open & inclusive conference
