[OSGeo-Discuss] update sponsorship logos

What did the dutch logo use? Now is a good time since we need new sponsor
logos and the incubation committee is readjusting what we do for projects.

Lucas did get back to me directly and I am prepared to purchase the fonts
just so we can get back in the game...
