with a User Research team on improving Usability and Experience in
GeoNode. The survey linked below is fairly generic about use of GIS

To improve GeoNode we are researching its usability; comparing it to
other GIS software; and prototyping what-if scenarios. Over the next
two months we will be interviewing GeoNode users across the globe in a
variety of roles.

We are also conducting a survey to get broad feedback on typical areas
of GIS software—we really want to know if some tools are more
appropriate for desktop or online GIS; why things are used, and what
we can eliminate.
