[OSGeo-Discuss] [Board] Moving GeoNode under OSGeo Project Category on Website

Hi Maxi,

Ok I will move the "Outreach Projects" out of the "OSGeo Projects" box; 
likely not done yet because it is tricky to do and someone needs to make 
the effort (like all things OSGeo ha).  I'm making the effort now...  :)
