[OSGeo-Discuss] Listing of projects at OSGeo web site: NASA WorldWind

Thanks Patrick - look like Jeffrey stepped up and added the page for you.

My invitation to join the incubation program is just that - an invitation.
World Wind is welcome to join OSGeo when you have time and resources to
apply.

Almost all the projects entering incubation are in a mature state when they
apply (sometimes 10+ years mature) so world wind would be in good company.
Even for projects that are well established joining a software foundation
is a big step, offering an opportunity to clearly communicate the state of
your project and how contributors can take part.

All the best and thanks for taking part in our new website.
