[OSGeo-Discuss] Position paper for endorsement of Free Software and Open Standards in Horizon 2020

Happy new year to my OSGeo family.

The Free Software Foundation Europe (fsfe) just released an interesting 
whitepaper, that we should all take a moment to read.  It's very forward 
thinking, right down to the idea of creating Open Science prizes (sound 
familiar?).  Well done.
