Dear Manish,

As you posted also in the qgis mailing lists, I assume you want to work on
your idea within the QGIS Project, but unfortunately your mail does not
tell exactly whithin which project you'd like to code.

In [1] you can find basic and important informations for proactive students
who are interested in this year's OSGeo-GSoC activities.
Please screen the ideas page at [2], read the GSoC recommendations for
students listed in [3] and then join the OSGeo's project communities of
your interest, introduce yourself and discuss your GSoC ideas, skills etc
with the communities. Explain your idea as briefly as possible and try to
find a mentor within the project.
