Dear CRO,

It is my great pleasure to nominate Yamakawa Junji  [1]
as a Charter Member to OSGeo.

Yamakawa-san is very active in the OSGeo.JP community and
does great outreach by organizing workshops and lectures
at diverse academic and business forums. His main focus
in on geostatistics using various OSGeo tools in his teachings
and research.

His is committed to promoting OSGeo and will surely
