I would like to nominate Carolyn Bennett for charter membership.

Carolyn is the Geospatial Data Program Manager for the Boston Planning 
and Development Agency, focusing on urban planning, environmental and 
historic conservation, zoning, and 3D modeling. To facilitate 
decision-making, transparency, and community engagement in local 
government, she regularly creates and publishes Web maps using open 
source software such as Mapbox, CartoDB, and Leaflet. As a member of the 
Boston Local Organizing Committee and the Program Subcommittee, Carolyn 
helped put together the International FOSS4G 2017 conference this August.
