Small correction to "class project" page.

Provides the full list of available Free and Open source GIS  from web
mapping to desktop GIS that you can make use of for your teaching and
research.


We are an open source foundation, not all of the projects are "free and
open", some are simply "open source" (see what is open source
<https://www.osgeo.org/about/what-is-open-source/>).
