I am not sure if you are the correct point of contact for the OSGeo India
chapter? I noticed recently that the OSGeo India page is blank:

Going through the wiki I found (https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/India), but the
chair did not provide contact details.  You are listed as secretary, so I
am reaching out to ask if this could be filled in by a member of the the
OSGeo India community.

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Advocate#Ravi_Kumar_Vundavalli) is broken,
but I was able to find a user page (
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/User:Ravivundavalli) with your details.
