[OSGeo-Discuss] Elections 2018 update

Hi Sergio, I just returned from the FOSS4G-GOV event in Brasilia and I 
nominated several leaders from that region.  I am aware of leaders being 
nominated from Argentina and Nicaragua as well.  I agree with you that 
it is very important to have more formal representation in OSGeo from 
Iberoamérica, and we need more representation (the leaders are there, as 
you know, we just need to give them the spotlight).  -jeff
