[OSGeo-Discuss] Gender neutral default image on webpage

Hello all
I made a gender neutral default image representing an OSGeo member.
Hope you like it.

On this page
https://www.osgeo.org/community/members/
The image is shown when the member does not have an libavatar . (work in
progress, on displaying the uploaded image on this page)

On the profile page, the
libavatar  takes precedence
if not found then uploaded image
if not found then the default image is used
