[OSGeo-Discuss] FOSS4G Europe 2025 workshops CfP

Dear OSGeo community,

yesterday marked the FOSS4G Europe solstice with exactly 189 days since 
our last gathering in Tartu, and 189 days to go until the start of 
FOSS4G Europe 2025 general sessions in Mostar [1].

With this in mind I would like to kindly remind you that the call for 
proposals for workshops for FOSS4G Europe 2025 is open [2] with exactly 
two weekends until the deadline: Sunday, 19 January 2025.

We have already received some very good workshop proposals - a huge 
thank you to the people concerned. Nevertheless for those of you who 
have not already done so, I would like to urge you to consider to share 
your knowledge and skills. This is a good opportunity to help us grow 
and sustain our wonderful and multidisciplinary community with an 
introduction, or the latest tips-and-tricks to the project you are 
working on (or work daily with). Sharing is caring! :)

The Mostar LOC acknowledges the huge body of work that goes into 
preparing and conducting a successful workshop so they have decided that 
accepted workshop lead(s) will be eligible for a free ticket to the 
event (max 2 per workshop).
