[OSGeo-Edu] proposed meeting

I have heard back only from Ari thus far.

I have finally been able to look at the wiki*, and according to the info
there, we have members in 7 different time zones ranging from GMT-8 to
GMT+9. My 11p might be quite inconvenient for those on the US East Coast
(it will be midnight for them). My mornings, 7a or 8a might be more
convenient for everyone East of me (although a bit early for the
Californians). If others have suggestions, please chime in. My only
constraints are, I can't meet Apr 6-9, and I cannot meet during my
daytimes (9a-6p) Apr 11-13. We might just have to meet at a time that is
going to be inconvenient for someone or the other somewhere in the world.

*Something strange is going on vis a vis the wiki website. I am working
at a client's site on my current project assignment -- lot of different
kinds of network restrictions. Strangest thing is, I can reach
www.osgeo.org without any problem, but wiki.osgeo.org times out
everytime I try it. No problem from other locations (like right now,
from a hotel). While I am at work Apr 11-13 (actually, every Tue-Thu), I
don't have access to a private space and have very restrictive network
access; definitely no phone/Skype/IRC. No such issues Fri-Mon.
