is substituted by this calendar:
 http://punkish.eidesis.org/cal_public/conferences.ics
?

If so, please remove:
 https://edu.osgeo.org/svn/edu/trunk/www/edu.ics
Then we should also update the ical link at:
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Education_and_Curriculum_Committee#Meetings

If I got it right, the meeting time should be
 http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?day=7month=7&year=2006&hour=13&min=0&sec=0
