No problem - I can help as much as needed and as I know (need coaching
myself for the board business :-) But indeed, it's all that fresh,
don't hesitate
to ask. I do the same, preferably in the list to get the answer(s) archived.

It's pretty straightforward in general. But I vote for doing IRC conversation
if possible since audio is often poor (especially, if people do not
use headsets).

For IRC, I made some small tutorial here:

We should use the #osgeo channel on freenode for that, then the
discussion is logged.
