[OSGeo-Edu] Drupal Book: structured document publishing

This looks promising.

At what point does this and/or the wiki go from "test" to "official"?  
We still have the open action to move the FreeGISBook...

We may also need a quick how-to document that tells how to use  
whatever the eventual tools are.
