Dear list members,
On the first full working day of the new year (here in the midwest US
anyway), I am looking for ideas to engage, energize and expand the edu
committee.
Because of my near-brutal travel schedules late last year, our monthly
chats have become less monthly. Personally, I also found those chats
to be a less than satisfactory, but perhaps there is a better way to
realize their full potential, don't you think?
What about easy access to and guidelines for edu committee publicity material?
Would web/magazine article(s) on our committee, its mission,
activities, etc., be helpful?
Re-visiting the OSGeo branding issue would certainly assist dealing
with future such inquiries with greater efficiency and ease, no?
Thanks to Landon, a new GIS book/chapter has been launched.
Suggestions to keep the momentum rolling would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,
--
