[OSGeo-Edu] PostGIS, etc on a USB stick

I've done this before using the MS4W packages:
http://maptools.org/ms4w
I haven't tried it with PostGIS recently, though I did have it
working at one point. I did find it somewhat slow though...
Think this will work for you?
