[OSGeo-Edu] Material for Elementary and Secondary Schools

Does someone interested in K-12 want to compile what we've learned in
this dialog and put it on the wiki somewhere? 

Should we start a Elementary-Secondary school thread as a sub-project on
our current to do page? Any interested to take a subcommittee leadership
role here?
