[OSGeo-Edu] OSGeo logo and educational material

I agree with this approach and Ned's comments too.  One related thing  
we can do is have a specific logo, with a custom "tag" line - e.g.  
OSGeo Education or if/when appropriate "OSGeo Courseware".. etc..   
Just a thought.
