Happy New Year! The Call for Presentations for the 23rd Annual Towson Unive=
rsity Geographic Information Sciences Conference (TUgis 2010) is now availa=
ble on the conference Web site at http://tugis.towson.edu<http://tugis.tows=
on.edu/>. The theme for this year's conference, which will be held on May 2=
4 and 25 on the Towson University campus,=A0 is "GIS in Budget Constrained =
Times: Doing More With Less." In keeping with the conference theme, we are =
offering discounted attendee registration fees through January 31. To take =
advantage of this offer, click on the "Register for TUgis 2010" button on t=
he home page of the Web site.

I hope you will consider making a presentation at TUgis 2010. Presentations=
on all topics related to GIS will be considered. Also, we are continuing o=
ur tradition of offering presenters a discounted registration fee. The dead=
line for presentation proposals is Friday, February 12.
