[OSGeo-Edu] BOF notes

[Tyler Mitchell]

I haven't made any change there, but it looks like a DNS change maybe interfered.  Was the site still up back in October?  I didn't realise anyone else was using it beyond testing.  If it was being used, I can help get it back up.
