[OSGeo-Edu] Permission to use the Association for Amercan Geographer's GIS&T Body of Knowledge framework

Awesome to hear Charlie - great work on getting that permission!

There will be an OSGeo booth at that AAG event - I won't make it myself,
but hope you can use it as a good podium for connecting with one another
and others.
