There are two timeslots where Sydney / Europe and the US can all be
awake at the same time.

As Charlie has noted, the best slot is ~

<http://www.timeanddate.com/library/abbreviations/timezones/na/pst.html> 	UTC-8
hours
Corresponding UTC (GMT) 	20:00:00
<http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?year=2011&month=12&day=28&hour=20&min=0&sec=0>

Note that I'm an early riser and can make a meeting an hour earlier as well.

The other timeslot opens up after daylight saving finishes at the other
end of the day.
