[OSGeo-Edu] Academic event?

Terrific! I think a European and US workshops on this would be great. I'm
working with Phil to see how we get the virtual meeting set up. More soon on
that front.

Perhaps we should think also think about going after some funding to support
someone as an academic coordinator of sorts.
