Ari, Edu-meeting alongside "Jornades de SIG Lliure" in Girona is good idea. I am ccing Lluis and Gemma from SIGTE to get their thoughts on this.

Indeed I meant FEM. UMinho is also one to add to the list. I will ask 
from my university support people about COST. I'd like to make the March 
30 deadline if that's possible.

There's "Jornades de SIG Lliure" in Girona March 21-23 and, although it 
is in Spanish and Catalan, perhaps we could use that for a workshop and
