Happy 2012 to all subscribers to the OSGeo edu list! Two things:

2. Our next virtual meeting will be on Friday, January 20th -- the
THIRD FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH.

Cameron (in Australia) suggested:

UTC 20:00 (Friday)
Sydney: 7:00 (Saturday am)
Rome: 21:00 Friday
New York: 15:00 Friday
San Francisco: 12:00 Friday

This covers Australia, Europe and the Americas fairly well but leaves
out our colleagues in Asia.

QUESTION: How many on this list want to participate in our virtual
meetings but can't make the UTC 20:00 timeslot?
