Twente, NL*

As more GIS educators contemplate offering their courses and academic
programs online, they are faced with a slew of pedagogy and technology
challenges.  In this presentation we will interview two professors from the
University of Twente in the Netherlands who have successfully incorporated
proven pedagogical strategies in their GIS courses.  The webinar will focus
on the use of Learning Design principles for developing an effective
eLearning GIS course.  We will feature an Open Source Web Mapping solution
as the demonstration eLearning course.
