[El] Proposed update for MapServer 5.6.6 and EL 5.6

Hi Mathieu

I have the impression that CentOS 5.6 is very near. Since MapServer 5.6.6 is simply a bug fix release and no security relevant changes were made, I would wait for CentOS 5.6.
