[ELGIS] Supported GDAL formats in wiki

Good idea!

Having a look at the debian package, they use internal tiff and geotiff. Is there any criteria to chose one or the other? libtiff on CentOS 5 is quite old, would it make sense to use the internal one?

Then they include support for http://epsilon-project.sourceforge.net. Should we do the same?
