[El] Packages about to move to elgis stable

Hello,

if no objection, I plan to move during next week or the week after the
following packages from testing to stable:

- gdal (1.7.0 => 1.8.0)
- grass (6.4.0 => 6.4.1)
- libspatialite ( => 2.4.0 RC4)
- mapserver (5.6.5 => 5.6.6)
- pgrouting (1.05 => 1.03)
- qgis (1.5.0 => 1.6.0) [elgis-plus]

libspatialite is probably debatable since this is not an officially
stable release from upstream, but qgis now depends on it and our 1.6.0
version of qgis is significantly better and more stable than the 1.5.0
currently in stable, so I would still like to move it.
