[ELGIS] Getting started with mock..

Almost got it going - when mock runs yum and tries to grab from a mirror, it's not putting in
the right (any!) $releasever, so the PYCURL attempt always fails.  In debug mode I can
clearly see the repo URL from mirrorlist tries is something like:

..../pub/linux/scientific-linux/%24releasever/x86_64/....

I've manually tweaked that url and seems fine.  I might as well learn how to fix this
before moving on - any tips?
