I think we all agree that we should primarily support postgresql(84)

We could think of an additional repo based on the latest version of
PostgreSQL. We the right tools this doesn't have to be too complex.
But only if there is interest of course (we, Argeo, are not interested
at this stage, we are happy with base 8.4)
