[ELGIS] SAGA made it into Fedora

Dear readers!

It's a pleasure to finally announce the SAGA package in Fedora. It comes
to Fedora 17 and up and will be available in about a week.

If you want to try it earlier, try the following command:

yum --enablerepo=updates-testing install saga saga-python

A rebuild for ELGIS 6 requires the following:

- A polyclipping package or removing BR, patch and an rm command
- Remove BR Haru
