[ELGIS] ELGIS outdated?

Yes, the repository is a bit outdated.
My company could not invest as much time in it as before over the last
year and we just focused on keeping it online.

The good news is that I have time allocated until the end of the year
to give the packages a long overdue update. (see next mail)
